1. The user will either request the shared drive to the owner, or the owner will provide the link to the user in order to map the shared drive to its computer.
2. Once the link is provided, click on the link.
3. SharePoint site will open, click the Sync button
4. Click Open Microsoft OneDrive
5. Sign in your Office 365 account “email address” and then, click Sign in
6. Click Next
7. Click the arrow right button until the installation is completed
8. Click Open my OneDrive folder (files will open in windows explorer view)
