Offboarding Process and Documents

As part of the offboarding process,  employees are required to return all company equipment/ assets within 24 hours from the separation date, such as Laptop, Computer, and its accessories (E.g Monitor, CPU, Keyboard, Mouse), Headset, or Webcam and other company properties including company ID, HMO Card and Company Phone (if applicable) to our office as part of the exit clearance and to process the release of the final pay.

Please note that the final pay may be put on hold if an employee failed to return the equipment.

NoteIf you choose to return the equipment via courier, please note that if the equipment and/or accessories got damaged during the transportation, you will be legally responsible to pay for the replacement and/or repairs.
