It is the Immediate Supervisor’s assessment to employee’s work performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, offer feedback, and set goals for future performance
Probationary employees will undergo performance reviews on their 3 rd and 5 th month, which will serve as bases for their continuation as a regular employee Regular employees will undergo annual performance review with the company.
