Probationary Promotion Process

An employee who is a candidate for promotion will be subjected to undergo a 6 month probationary promotion plan before confirmation to the applied post.

During the probationary promotion plan, he/she is expected to achieve the metrics/key performance indicators and demonstrate the required work skills/competency.
